Marigot Casino feature

Some movers and shakers in on the French side are thinking about a casino now that they have some autonomy from Guadeloupe. Marigot is the location and here's one plan that has an addition to the breakwater and a large casino, possibly hotel complex, along the waterfront, across from the cemetary. It would be a short walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown and an even shorter walk over to the other marina on the lagoon.
